Beyond the periodic vault synchronization that should be executed as a scheduled task as described in About publishing job scheduling, additional maintenance tasks may need to be performed manually by a system administrator under certain circumstances.

Note    The database user account that is used for these tasks should have database owner privileges (dbo schema).
