Creating and editing detail page layouts

Detail page layouts appear in the details pane when a user selects a document or object tag to view its details. The detail pages that are shown are specific to each document or object tag type in the repository. A repository may have any number of detail page layouts.

You may create one of each of the following detail page types unless otherwise noted:

To create a new detail page layout:

  1. In the Meridian Explorer Configurator, in the left pane, select the view of the repository that you want to configure. The selected view appears in the right pane.

  3. Click the downward arrow next to New Page and select a page type from the shortcut menu. A new tab appears in the tab strip and the new page's options appear.
