Disabling and enabling a publishing job

Disabling a publishing job prevents it from running but does not delete its configuration. Enabling a publishing job makes the job available for running again but does not start it immediately.

To disable or enable a publishing job:

1. In Meridian Enterprise Server Administration Console, in the Data Exchange group, click Jobs. The All Jobs page appears and lists the existing publishing jobs. The jobs are grouped by the name of the computer (cluster node) to which they have been assigned.
2. Select the publishing job that you want to disable or enable and then in the toolbar, click Disable or Enable accordingly. The STATUS column indicates the new state of the publishing job.
