Understanding the Documentum system link

The Documentum system link connects BlueCielo Publisher to an existing Documentum cabinet. Documents are published to a specified folder in the cabinet. If the document already exists in the cabinet, it is checked out by Publisher, the document is updated, Publisher checks the document back in, and increments the major revision number. The link can replicate the source folder structure in the cabinet.

This link is ideal for organizations that use Documentum to make technical documents available across their organization through Documentum.
