By default, the Meridian Enterprise Server online help loads from the BlueCielo ECM Solutions website. This includes the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Server Administrator's Guide , the BlueCielo Meridian Explorer User's Guide, and the BlueCielo Publisher User's Guide. If your organization does not permit Internet access or if you would prefer to host the help content on your own web server, archive files that contain the help files are installed with Meridian Enterprise Server.
To install the web help files:
Extract the contents of the following files into their parent folder:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BCEnterprise\Help\AdminGuide\MeridianEnterpriseServer_AG_WebHelp.zip C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BCEnterprise\Help\UserGuide\MeridianExplorer_UG_WebHelp.zip C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BCEnterprise\Help\PublisherGuide\Publisher_UG_WebHelp.zip
The web applications will detect the files and load them automatically. No further configuration is necessary.
