Who should read this guide

This guide is intended for Meridian Enterprise administrators who are responsible for vault configuration and security. Implementing the BlueCielo Meridian Email Manager may require cooperation with your organization’s email administrator. Readers should be familiar with, and have experience in:

• The Windows® operating system, including its use in a network environment
• All aspects of Meridian Enterprise vault configuration
• Using and managing the organization’s documents in the conduct of its business
• The practices and requirements of constituent user groups that will send or receive email scanned by the BlueCielo Meridian Email Manager
• Basic document control methodologies such as revision control
• Basic email concepts and email server administration (or the cooperation of an email administrator)
