Specifying which messages are imported

The Filters page contains options that specify which messages are imported.

To specify the message filter options:

Start BCEmailManagerConfigurator.exe. By default, the file is located in the folder C:\Program Files\BC-Meridian\BlueCielo Email Manager.
Select an existing configuration file to edit and click Open or click Create new to create a new configuration file. The BlueCielo Email Manager Configuration window opens.
Click the Filters tab. The Filters options page appears.
Select options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Filters options
Option	Description
Include messages with text in the subject	Type text that appears in the message subject that will determine the messages to import. Click Advanced to specify advanced filter criteria.
Include messages with text in the body	Type text that appears in the message body that will determine the messages to import. Click Advanced to specify advanced filter criteria.
Exclude messages with text in the subject	Type text that appears in the message subject that will determine the messages to exclude. Click Advanced to specify advanced filter criteria.
Exclude messages with text in the body	Type text that appears in the message body that will determine the messages to exclude. Click Advanced to specify advanced filter criteria.
Skip attachments with file extensions	Type message attachment file extensions that you do not want to import.

Click OK to save your changes.
