A workflow definition transition is an action that users run to move documents from one workflow state to another during the revision of a document. Its options control:To create or edit a workflow definition transition:

Display name | Type the name of the transition as you want it to appear to users. This name should reflect the purpose of the state in the workflow. |
Name | A default internal name is calculated. Accept the default in most cases. |
