Viewing a collection

Collections appear in Asset Management Module as a type of search view.

To view a collection:

1. In the ribbon menu, click Collections and then in the ribbon, click Collections. The list of existing collections appears in the navigation view pane.

2. In the navigation view pane, click the name of the collection that you want to view. The contents of the collection appear in the results pane.
3. To filter the view on a specific item type, in the Collections ribbon, click Show tags or Show documents.
