Viewing and editing tag properties

After documents and tags have been linked as described in Linking and unlinking documents and tags, you can use asset tags to identify and then view and edit the properties of the corresponding tags.

To view or edit the properties of a vault tag that is already linked to the current document:

1. Select the document that contains the tag information that you want to view. For information on finding documents, see the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise User’s Guide.
2. Display the asset tags as described in Viewing asset tags.
3. Select a row that contains a vault tag that you want to view or edit.
4. Click Properties. The property pages for the selected vault tag appear.
5. To edit the properties, click Edit. The property pages become editable.
6. Modify the properties as you normally would and click OK to save your changes.
